Free radio hire for charities and not-for-profit organisations.
A fun run, a fête, a street party or a fundraiser needs marshals who can talk to each other, the same as any other event. If you are a registered charity or a not-for-profit group, we will lend you the radios.

Who can apply
Charities and community groups.
- Registered charities, CICs, parish councils, school PTAs and community groups
- Community events that are not run for profit
- Subject to what we have free on the date and our checks
- A short hire agreement, and you cover lost or damaged radios

Apply early, especially for summer weekends.

Send the enquiry
Choose 'Charity / not-for-profit' on the enquiry form. Tell us the organisation, charity number, event, date and how many radios you need.

We talk it through
We get in touch to go through the event, the dates and delivery, and send a short agreement.

Radios arrive
Programmed, charged and ready. Switch on and run your event.

Charity scheme questions
Who qualifies for free hire?
Registered charities with a charity number, community interest companies, parish councils, school PTAs and other not-for-profit groups running a non-commercial community event. We check the organisation and the event.
How many radios and for how long?
As many as the event needs, depending on what we have free on the date. We talk through the dates, delivery and anything else with you when you apply.
Is there a catch?
No charge. It depends on what we have free on the date and our checks, and you sign a simple agreement covering lost or damaged radios.
How do we apply?
Use the enquiry form, choose 'Charity' and tell us the organisation, the charity number, the event, the date and how many radios you need. We get back to you to talk it through.
