Who we are. Fellwave Radios is a trading name of Zopware Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16653717. We are based in Aldershot, Hampshire. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect. When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: name, organisation, email, phone, and what you need. We use them to reply to you and to fulfil any hire, lease or purchase that follows.

Legal basis. Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract. Where we keep in touch afterwards about our services, our legitimate interest in running the business; you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with. SMTP2GO, which delivers our enquiry notifications by email; Cloudflare, which protects and delivers this website and so handles your IP address; our courier for deliveries; and Ofcom where we apply for a licence in your name. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics. We use Umami, hosted on our own server, to count page views and which forms are sent. It does not set cookies, does not record what you type and does not identify you.

Retention. Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for six years after the last transaction for tax purposes.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing [email protected]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
