Hytera PD405
The Hytera hire staple. IP55, lone worker, emergency, 22-hour battery.
The PD405 is a step up from the BD505 with a tougher IP55 body, an emergency button, lone-worker and roaming between repeater sites. It has been a standard hire radio in the UK for years, which means plenty of spares and cheap accessories. We use it for events, venues and security teams that want a known name on the radio.
