Hire terms, in brief

Fellwave Radios is a trading name of Zopware Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16653717.

Hire period. Runs from the delivery date to the agreed collection date. Delivery and collection days are not charged as hire days.

Equipment. Supplied programmed, charged and tested with the accessories on the kit list. You are responsible for it from delivery to collection.

Licensing. Hired radios operate under Fellwave’s Ofcom Suppliers Light licence. You agree to use them only as programmed and not to modify them.

Faults. A faulty unit is replaced by next-day courier at no charge. Fair wear and tear is on us.

Loss and damage. Lost or badly damaged items are charged at the replacement cost shown on the quote.

Deposits. Not normally required for established organisations. New accounts may be asked for a deposit or payment in advance, stated on the quote.

Cancellation. Free up to five working days before delivery. Later cancellations may be charged the first day’s hire.

Payment. Invoiced on collection for short hires and monthly in advance for long-term hires, on 14-day terms.

Charity hire. Free hire under the charity scheme is subject to a separate short agreement with the same loss and damage terms.
