Fellwave FW-EP1 D-shape earpiece
The D-shape earpiece that comes in our hire packs. 2-pin plug for the FW-400 and FW-600.
This is the earpiece we put in hire packs. A soft D-shape hook holds the speaker on the outside of the ear, so it suits long shifts and people who don't like anything in the ear canal. Halfway down the lead is a push-to-talk button with the microphone built in and a clip for a collar or lapel. It plugs into the standard Kenwood-style 2-pin socket on the FW-400 and FW-600, and into most other radios with the same socket. It is cheap enough that we replace them rather than clean them between hires.
